While working on my books I acquired some interesting paper materials including the 1977 Trifari Catalog. With my husband’s scanning help, the catalog is now available for viewing under the INFORMATION tab on the home page. The pages are large enough to clearly view the jewelry and can be expanded for even more detail.
The catalog documents the emphasis on fashionable pierced earrings and chain designs in the late 1970s. Some Egyptian pieces were offered in plain metal without the colorful enameling of the earlier Trifari Egyptian jewelry. The back cover shows a nicely designed collar necklace called Empress. It is not easy to find today. The golden rose on the front cover is part of their Winter Ice collection featured on page 6 and is often available in the secondary market.
As always, the information on this site is free with no advertisements.
FYI, I’m close to publishing the Introduction to Chapter Three and the first Spotlight brand…hopefully in the next two days.
Happy Collecting!
Love,
Julie
