Haskell Christmas Tree

I love Miriam Haskell wired Christmas Tree pins. It felt like Christmas today because I was able to acquire a different design for my collection. I currently have five trees – four different designs and one duplicate design.

These trees were designed in 2001 by Millie Petronzio for Haskell. At that time, I understand, she designed nine different trees. They are rare and expensive in the collectible market today.

All of these Miriam Haskell trees are hand-wired on appropriate filigree backs.
This is the latest addition. It measures 2 1/2″ X 2″ so it is a wearable size.

I’m convinced all of these trees are authentic even though the pin backs on two of the trees open more than 90 degrees. Is it because these trees are relatively new compared to vintage Haskell?

If anyone has any additional information about these trees, please contact me through the blog. My email is still not working. Thank you!

FYI, the Nolan Miller page has been added to Chapter three with detailed information on many of the designs shown in Information.

Happy Collecting,

Julie
